We are currently looking for Technical Support Specialists in the US to help Dell customers on the phone by providing advice, answering hardware and software questions, and offering product recommendations. To be considered, you must have all or most of the following: previous tech support experience, A+ certification, familiarity with Microsoft® Office, basic analytical and statistical abilities, and communication and problem solving skills. A degree in Computer Science is preferred.
